Emily Brummund is an entrepreneur and a Strengths & Leadership Coach with Illuminate Leadership, LLC. She’s worked with hundreds of business owners, corporate and network marketing professionals, stay at home moms, ministry leaders, and youth to help them on the road to gain clarity in their own lives.
Dave Tussing is a leader that cares about the whole person, and inspiring others to live into their full potential and calling. He strives to infuse ethics and values into business and to lead teams to improve the world as they grow their business. Dave has led teams across technology, healthcare and sports / retail industries at companies ranging in size from small pacific northwest based companies to some of the largest companies in the world. He holds a BA in Accounting and BS in Computer & Information Science from George Fox University and obtained his MBA from Portland State University. As a lifetime learner he also obtained an executive certificate in Strategy & Innovation from MIT and has completed courses in data science and AI/ML from Udacity. With learning, there is no finish line.
