What does it look like to share power in a servant leadership model, and how is conflict dealt with when humility is the rule? Hint: it all has a lot to do with listening.
Stan Leach, President and Founder of Equipping Leader Ministries, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from nearly 40 years’ working in various areas of ministry. Stan has an M.Div and a D.Min from Fuller Theological Seminary, but more than that, he has a heart for, a track record of, and a passion to serve the local church and see it flourish. He served most recently as Superintendent of Evangelical Friends Church Southwest for 16 years.
Dave Tussing is a leader that cares about the whole person, and inspiring others to live into their full potential and calling. He strives to infuse ethics and values into business and to lead teams to improve the world as they grow their business. Dave has led teams across technology, healthcare and sports / retail industries at companies ranging in size from small pacific northwest based companies to some of the largest companies in the world. He holds a BA in Accounting and BS in Computer & Information Science from George Fox University and obtained his MBA from Portland State University. As a lifetime learner he also obtained an executive certificate in Strategy & Innovation from MIT and has completed courses in data science and AI/ML from Udacity. With learning, there is no finish line.
